Adhering Leatherette & Acrylic Patches

This will take you to the manufacturer's page with recommended heat settings for adhering patches.

Caring for your Buck's Pocket Hat & Patch

We suggest (if you want to wash your hat or patch) to wash it in the sink with soap and a brush and let it air dry.

Caring for your Buck's Pocket Shirt

We recommend washing inside out in cold water and hang to dry. You can dry the shirts but they will not last as long.

Applying your UVDTF Transfer

Clean. Press. Peel. Done.

  • Prep Your Surface
Make sure your surface is clean, dry, and free of dust, oil, or residue. (Rubbing alcohol works great.)

  • Position Your Design
Carefully place the transfer exactly where you want it. Once it sticks, it’s permanent—no repositioning.

  • Apply Pressure
Firmly press the design onto the surface. Use your fingers or a squeegee to smooth it out, working from the center outward to avoid bubbles.

  • Peel the Film
Slowly peel back the clear top film. If any part lifts, press it back down and rub again before continuing.

  • Set It
Go over the design one more time with firm pressure to fully secure it.

  • Pro Tips

  • Best on smooth, hard surfaces (glass, metal, acrylic, plastic, sealed wood)

  • Avoid textured or soft materials

  • Not dishwasher safe—hand wash only

  • Allow 24 hours before heavy use or washing
